  • 1cup packed frozen spinach
  • 2cups Suja Organic Mighty Dozen Juice(sub any liquid of your choice, but this packs a power punch!
  • 1/2cup almond milk
  • 1cup frozen strawberries
  • 1small avocado
  • 2T almond butter
  • 1/4cup crushed pineapple
  • 2T chia seeds(optional)
  • 2T flax seeds(optional)
